Born and raised in Austin, I am proud to serve my community and dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and cultivate meaningful connections. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Westmont College, as well as a Master's degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University.
My counseling style is relational, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client I work with. I use an emotion-focused and systems-informed approach to help my clients gain insight and create positive change in their lives. I specialize in a variety of areas including relationship issues, communication skills, anxiety, grief, and parenting support for families with neurodivergent children.
